When selecting what size wrap to purchase it is important to consider what type of carry you would like to do, as well as what size you and your baby are. In general your base size is good for a Front Wrap Cross Carry as seen in our My Wrap section Please read our instructions on how to do a basic carry and safety guidelines before you start wrapping.

From which age can I use an Ankalia wrap?

Our wraps are designed to be worn comfortably from birth through to toddler/preschool age. Consult an expert if your infant was born with a low birth weight, such as a premature or twins, or if your infant has respiratory illness or other respiratory problems. Extra vigilance is required with these babies.

Can I change the address for my purchase?

We prefer you to submit your order with the final postal address. If you do need to change the shipping address of your order, please make sure you contact us at info@ankalia.com.au within 30 minutes after receiving your order confirmation. We will not change the name of the addressee.

How can I track my order?

Domestic and International parcels can be tracked via www.australiapost.com.au All orders receive a tracking number via email.

Where are your carriers made?

Our wraps, ring slings, buckle carriers and accessories are made exclusively in Australia. They are woven locally and hand finished personally by ourselves in Hobart, Tasmania. We have also collaborated with Annangrove Boutique to bring you an amazing range of accessories.

Where is your mill? Where is your finishing done?

Our mill is among few of the remaining jacquard mills still functioning in Australia. It has been an amazing journey thus far with our mill and we are proud of the working relationships we have built. Along with being the first Australian wrap manufacturer to have developed weaving expressly for babywearing with our mill, they are very open to experimentation and innovation and we are looking forward to bringing some exciting developments in 2019.

How do you ship? How quickly?

We ship express and standard post via Australia Post for domestic and international purchases. All parcels are sent with tracking. We ship within 5 business days of purchase, barring weekends and holidays. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more details.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide for all our products.

What payment methods do you accept?

You may use MasterCard or VISA if choosing to pay via credit card. We also accept Paypal, Afterpay and ZipPay for domestic customers.

Is your site secure for payment? All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Braintree. Payment information is also governed by Braintree’s privacy policy.

Are you compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008?

Yes, we comply with CPSIA. The requirements include product tracking information for recall, and appropriate labeling. Please register your wrap on our Product Registration page.
